Jeffrey Goldshine
Jeff Goldshine provides balanced “both sides of the desk” expertise committed to enabling your multifamily property portfolio to profitably grow by offering insightful guidance and proactive collaboration.
In managing over 70,000 units in his 50-year career he has worked with owners, developers, property management providers, REITs, and others on a wide range of management issues. He specializes in helping owners, developers and management companies develop and execute approaches that measurably improve the bottom line and maximize asset value for property owners of any size.
His decades of experience afford clients a broad perspective and deep expertise on the many factors that influence multifamily management, investment, and development. Jeff is focused on leveraging his decades of experience to help clients achieve outstanding results – from ideas and strategies – through to execution.
He is also a sought-after expert witness on litigation and legal disputes when facts involving property liability, risk or negligence are particularly complex or difficult to understand. He lends his acute knowledge of property, asset and risk management based on five decades of industry experience.
Adam Burdick
Adam Burdick is a strategic program manager and real estate consultant who specializes in translating complex financial and operational challenges into clear, scalable solutions.
With over a decade of experience across multifamily real estate, revenue management, and business operations, he has led initiatives that optimize performance, streamline processes, and improve decision-making for investors and leadership teams. Adam is known for his practical, data-informed approach to change management, whether he is upgrading enterprise systems, building KPI dashboards, or redesigning reporting to enhance visibility and accountability. He combines hands-on financial and business analysis with a collaborative style that brings finance, operations, and IT stakeholders onto the same page.
