Over the course of his career, he has overseen the management and operation of more than 70,000 apartment units across 23 states and held senior leadership roles including President, Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, and Partner.
Mr. Goldshine provides expert testimony and litigation consulting in matters involving property management standard of care, premises liability, property operations, and safety practices within multifamily housing communities.
